Clean, comfortable room, lovely meals.

the rooms were clean and spacious. staff were friendly n helpful when we needed something. breakfast was nice, plenty of options. location is close to chester town center n easy to get to. overall, it was a pretty chill stay.

the hot water in our room was not workin on the first night. also, the room was a bit outdated and needed some refurbishing.

The hotel sits in a lovely quiet area, perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the size of the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Those facilities felt like a nice luxury touch. Staff members were incredibly polite and added a personal charm to the experience. the room left much to be desired. It felt dated, with threadbare carpets and a very uncomfortable bed. I struggled to sleep well due to noise from the room above and slamming doors in the hallway. I found the breakfast options limited, with poorly prepared food. the toast was moldy and the cutlery was dirty. On checkout, the management seemed uninterested in feedback. For nearly £200 a night, the quality didn't meet expectations.

Just an appropriate option for an overnight stop in Chester with incredible value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. Make sure to check out the cereals and continental breakfast. they're pretty good.

Unfortunately, the hotel building could benefit from external maintenance and an overall update to the interior, which appeared worn in some areas. Despite the drawbacks, the friendly atmosphere and lovely setting made for a welcoming visit, although costs were higher than expected.
